Craft Australia Networks encourages the flow of information and supports connecting the sector nationally and internationally. The networks are a portal to organisations that support, promote and provide services for the professional development and sustainability of craft and design practice.
Australian Craft and Design Centres
The network of Australian Craft and Design Centres (ACDC) is a group of peak organisations from all states and territories in Australia that represent the professional craft and design sector. The organisations engage with the sector at a local, national and international level and offer services and programs that support sustainable practice.
Associations and guilds
Associations and guilds represent the craft and design sector at a national level and lists organisations that support a range of disciplines from design, new media, wood, glass and ceramics to textiles. The listed organisations act as an access point to local and state associations and guilds.
Arts resource organisations
This is a list of national arts resource organisations that support the development of professional practice and that are specialists in their fields. The resource is an access point to a range of organisations that advocate for the sector, give advice, publish material, and act as portals to further information including philanthropy, export, Indigenous networks and education.
